Which Lunastix set is right for me?

There are six Lunastix models available, the Jester, Kid, Glow, Master, Wizard and the Equinox.

Equinox - The Equinox is our new aluminum shaft stick set. It is the same size as a Wizard (our advanced players stick set), but lighter weight. This weight reduction in the shaft opens up whole new realms of stix play performance.

Master - This is our most popular juggling stick set. It comes in cool custom painted colors with handles that match the stick design. It's a great stick for all around play.

Wizard - This stick is shorter and heavier for fast play and more advanced tricks. Each Wizard set is available in custom colors and has extra leather on the ends.

Jester - A light weight juggling stick set that is great for slow play. At $25 this stick set is a bargain but are not custom painted. This stick is for you if you want a light weight stick or want to try a more introductory model.

Kid - Yep. You guessed it. These sticks are for kids. They're a little shorter and lighter than the standard Lunastix. Good for kids 8 and under.

Glow - About the same size as the Master and painted with a special paint that glows in the dark.

What is the Lunastix warranty?

Guaranteed for life to be free from defects in materials and craftsmanship. Liston Concepts will repair or replace any product that may have slipped through our systems and measured up shy of our high standards for quality control.

Lunastix are Handcrafted in the USA.

Where are Lunastix made?

Lunastix are made in Salt Lake City, Utah in the United States. The entire process happens in our manufacturing facility (it is really more of a small shop than a "facility").

What is your shipping policy?

We work very hard to ensure that our shipping costs are affordable (shipping is free for orders over $100). With our standard shipping you can expect to see your order within 7 to 10 days if you are within the United States. We generally ship either UPS Ground or US Air Parcel Post (US Postal Service) depending upon where you live.

Can I order from outside the US?

Yes. We've shipped Lunastix all over the world. Your order will be shipped as soon as it is received, usually by US Air Parcel Post (US Postal Service). The delivery time depends upon country. There is an additional $15 surcharge for international orders to cover the additional shipping costs.

What is your privacy policy?

We promise to never sell, give, or otherwise divulge any of the personal information you have entrusted us with 'cause that would be just plain wrong. We also promise only to send you only occasional e-mails with information that you might actually be interested in. If you would like to be removed from our mailing list anyway, please reply to any message with your email address in the subject line and we'll gladly take you off. Thanks!

What is your return/refund policy?

All merchandise returns must be submitted within 30 days of the original shipment date. Return requests must include a copy of the original packing slip.

If you have a question, call Customer Service at 800-221-8500 in the U.S. or 801-972-8282, Monday-Thursday 8:30-5:30 Mountain Standard Time.

We accept merchandise that is in the same condition as when you received it. All customers returning merchandise for exchange must pay normal shipping charges. All customers returning merchandise for refund must pay a $2.50 restocking charge.

All returns due to our error will be handled free of charge.

What if I have a broken handle?

If handle was broken as result of a Manufacturer’s Defect, then we will replace the handle for free, via U.S. mail.

If the handle was broken by mis-use, then you can purchase a single replacement stick for $5.00 plus shipping of $1.50. To take advantage of this option call Customer Service at 800-221-8500 in the U.S. or 801-972-8282, Monday-Thursday 8:30-5:30 Mountain Standard Time. We will try to match your current set but can't guarantee that a match will be available.

Replacement Handle sets are available online in Clear Wood (18.75") and Black Fiberglass (19") for $7 and $10 respectively plus shipping.

How do I clean my Lunastix?

Wipe down the rubber coating of the stick and handles
with a damp cloth and allow them to air dry. Playing with
clean, dry stix enhances performance.
